District Learning Opportunities
District 7570 President-Elect Training Seminar (PETS) Information
Seminar Purpose: To provide learning opportunities for Presidents-Elect to develop confidence in the roles and responsibilities as Club President, and to expand their knowledge of Rotary International and our District programs. Presidents-Nominee are encouraged to attend to increase their knowledge and to allow them to support the Club President in the 2024-2025 Rotary year.
Date: April 19 – 20, 2024 (with optional pre-session on Thursday April 18
Location: The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center, Roanoke VA
Cost: $350 seminar registration includes breakfast foods and snacks throughout the day and lunch on Friday.
Schedule:
THURS, April 18, 2024:
4:00 – 5:30 Pre-Session on DACdb (reserved for PEs and PNs)
Registrations limited to 32 participants
FRI, April 19, 2024:
Session starts @ 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Lunch is provided
“Rotary Classic” information fair from 3:30-5 PM
Dinners to be coordinated by the Area Governors for PEs and PNs
SAT, April 20, 2024:
Session starts @ 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Club Team Training (CTT) (formerly DTA)
Time: 60-minute sessions (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM); 90-minute sessions (5:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

Meeting Purpose: Provides leadership training tracks allowing Presidents to lead their club teams towards a solid Club Leadership
Plan; as well as enhancing the club officers’ training.
